CIA Plans No Discipline Over 9/11
CIA Director Porter J. Goss said [5 Oct 2005] that he would not consider punishing agency officials for failures leading up to the Sept. 11 attacks — rejecting pressure from lawmakers, victims' families and the CIA inspector general to hold accountable those responsible for well-documented breakdowns. Goss ruled out disciplinary action against former CIA Director George J. Tenet and at least 11 other current and former agency officials who were identified in an internal investigation as being responsible for lapses leading up to the deadly attacks. No CIA employee has been fired or otherwise punished for Sept. 11-related failures. Goss' decision makes it increasingly unlikely that any U.S. official will be held accountable for what has been called the worst intelligence failure in the nation's history. Director of National Intelligence John D. Negroponte issued a separate statement supporting Goss' decision.

CIA failed to pass info about two al qaeda hijackers pre-9/11: report
In a further blow to the ‘intelligence’ of US intelligence, a report, which reveals that a CIA official had blocked a memo to alert the FBI about the entry of two top al qaeda hijackers, Nawaf al Hazmi and Khalid al Mihdhar into the US before the 9/11 attacks, has been made public. The report, drafted by Justice Department inspector general Glenn A Fine, said that the FBI had, before 9/11, passed up at least five chances to nab the two hijackers, even as they were busy gearing up for the attacks in San Diego. The fact that the CIA delayed giving out details of the two hijackers to the FBI and other agencies for 18 months is well known. But what’s new about the revelation is that a specific memo had been written to disseminate this information to the FBI and a supervisor blocked it intentionally. The reasons why the CIA official, who has been referred to as ‘John’ to protect his identity, blocked the memo are not clear. The report said that the official who drafted the memo had sent it in early 2000. This official, who originally belonged to the FBI and was on an assignment with the CIA, sent it to ‘John’ instead of directly communicating with the FBI because only supervisors were allowed to disseminate such sensitive information. He later followed up with an email but received no response and no action was taken to pass on the info.

CIA/ Popular Mechanics Promote 9/11 Disinformation
The Reichstag fire, a key event in German history, and the steps that followed en suite leading to the Nazi dictatorship of Adolf Hitler, provide remarkable precedents for what occurred in the United States on 9/11 and since. The fire that consumed the German parliament building on the night of February 27, 1933, is widely believed, according to Encyclopedia Britannica, to have been contrived by the newly formed Nazi government to turn public opinion against its opponents and allow it to assume emergency powers. The day after the burning of the Reichstag, the government headed by Adolf Hitler enacted a decree for the Protection of the People and the State. Hitlers emergency decree dispensed with all constitutional protection of political, personal, and property rights. Likewise, a month after 9/11 the U.S. Congress passed, without even reading, similar emergency legislation: the Bush administrations USA PATRIOT Act of 2001. The pre-prepared massive security act's long title is "Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism." Within a month of the Reichstag fire, on March 23, 1933, the parliament passed the Enabling Act, whereby its legislative powers were transferred to Hitler's Reich Cabinet. This act, passed by a vote of 444 to 94, legally sanctioned the Nazi dictatorship. Another parallel is seen in the way George W. Bush and Hitler came to power. Bush obtained the presidency in 2001 through a Supreme Court decision after a flawed and un-counted election, while Hitler secured the German chancellorship through elections in November 1932 in which the Nazi Party failed to win an outright majority.

CNN Reported No Plane Hit Pentagon
(video) JAMIE MCINTYRE: From my close-up inspection, there's no evidence of a plane having crashed anywhere near the Pentagon. The only site, is the actual side of the building that's crashed in. And as I said, the only pieces left that you can see are small enough that you pick up in your hand. There are no large tail sections, wing sections, fuselage, nothing like that anywhere around which would indicate that the entire plane crashed into the side of the Pentagon and then caused the side to collapse. Even though if you look at the pictures of the Pentagon you see that the floors have all collapsed, that didn't happenm immediately. It wasn't until almost about 45 minutes later that the structure was weakened enough that all of the floors collapsed.

A search of the database also shows there was no such flight as AA77 that day. On that day, UA 175 was assigned to a plane with the tail number N612UA. According to a search of the FAA aircraft registry (see FAA Registry) that plane is still registered and valid, so it didn't crash anywhere. The BTS records tell us that UA 93 on Sept 11 had the tail number N519UA. According to the FAA aircraft registry records that plane is still registered too.

No Arabs on Flight 77: Part II -The Passengers
Reported only in a Portuguese newspaper, The Portugal News Weekend Edition (May 8, 2002) , a group of US pilots deliberated non-stop for 72 hours in an independent analysis of the 911 story. The inquiry stated, “The so-called terrorist attack was in fact a superbly executed military operation carried out against the USA, requiring the utmost professional military skill in command, communications, and control.” I attempted on three occasions to obtain a final passenger list from American Airlines. They refuse to give a list and in fact won’t even verify that they gave the first list to CNN. Since the list is in the public domain, I find it curious that they would not take ownership nor provide a current, “correct” list.

There are numerous accounts of actions by Roosevelt and his top armed forces advisors, which reveal they were not only aware of an attack by Japan, but also they were planning on it, and instigating that attack. On 7 October 1940, Lieutenant Commander Arthur H. McCollum, head of the Far East desk of the Office of Naval Intelligence, wrote the eight-action memo. This memo outlined eight different steps the United States could do that he predicted would lead to an attack by Japan on the United States. The day after this memo was giving [sic] to Franklin D. Roosevelt, he began to implement these steps. By the time that Japan finally attacked the United States at Pearl Harbor on 7 December 1941, all eight steps had occurred (Willey, Mark. “Pearl Harbor Mother of all Conspiracies.” 13 Mar. 2001).

Pentagon Attack Footage
It is striking that there is neither video footage nor any photographic evidence in the public domain showing a jetliner approaching or crashing into the Pentagon. As of September, 2003, the only video footage of the crash that has been released is a set of 5 frames from a Pentagon security camera north of the crash site. Officials have refused to release the complete video, and have refused to release footage from the dozens of other Pentagon security cameras that doubtless captured the attack. The number and positions of security cameras monitoring the Pentagon is not public knowledge, but it is reasonable to assume that there are doznes, if not hundreds, of security cameras ringing the huge building that is the heart of the United States military establishment.

Professional Demolition of World Trade Center Building 7
Larry Silverstein, the owner of the WTC complex, admitted on a September 2002 PBS documentary, 'America Rebuilds' that he and the NYFD decided to 'pull' WTC 7 on the day of the attack. The word 'pull' is industry jargon for taking a building down with explosives. Photos taken moments before the collapse of WTC 7 show small office fires on just two floors. Firefighters were told to move away from the building moments before it collapsed. In February of 2002 Silverstein Properties won $861 million from Industrial Risk Insurers to rebuild on the site of WTC 7. Silverstein Properties' estimated investment in WTC 7 was $386 million. So: This building's collapse resulted in a profit of about $500 million!

Report details FBI missteps before
The FBI missed at least five chances in the months before Sept 11, 2001, to find two hijackers as they prepared for the attacks and settled in San Diego, the Justice Department inspector-general said in a report made public Thursday, after being kept secret for a year. Investigators were stymied by bureaucratic obstacles, communication breakdowns and a lack of urgency, the report said. In the case of the San Diego hijackers, for instance, the report disclosed that an FBI agent assigned to the Central Intelligence Agency wanted to pass on information to the FBI about the two men in early 2000 _ 19 months before the attacks _ but was blocked by a supervisor at the CIA and did not aggressively follow up.

Second WTC Janitor Comes Forward With Eye-Witness Testimony Of ’Bomb-Like’ Explosion in North Tower
A second WTC maintenance worker has now come forward with eye-witness testimony that a massive explosion erupted in the lower levels of the north tower at approximately the same time the jetliner struck the tower’s top floors. Jose Sanchez, 45, of New Jersey in a never-released tape recorded statement made in early 2002 to William Rodriguez, the first WTC maintenance man to claim a bomb exploded in the north tower basement, said he heard what sounded like a “huge bomb,” causing lights to flicker on and off, while he worked in a small sub-level 4 workshop. Sanchez’s explosive comments, shooting another large hole in the government story, now adds even more credibility to Rodriguez’s recent statements that he heard a massive explosion in the WTC basement just seconds prior to the jetliner striking above while working in a sub-level 1 office along side 14 others, all who heard and felt the very same thing as Rodriguez. Since the outset, the government has stood firm that only burning jet fuel brought down the towers, but has ignored mounting eye-witness testimony and scientific data showing that a controlled demolition was an additional cause. The government also has not fully explained why it immediately tampered with a crime scene, a criminal offense, by having all the hard evidence from the WTC removed and shipped overseas before independent investigators had a chance to study the structural components of the towers in order to help determine the real cause of the tower’s collapse.
