This team is for all Civilian, Military, Federal Ageny, or Law Enforcement Personnel (past or present) who possess an experienced and appropriate interest in HUMINT (human intelligence) collection or any of the numerous subparts of CI (counterintelligence) and would like to share their ideas in an academic setting within legal and security guidelines but without a need for undue political correctness. This team is a "working group" which means that it attempts to make real improvements in CI and HUMINT rather than just to discuss these issues alone. This team also discusses threat assessment and countermeasure activity as that applies to the function of CI.

Throughout this team's work, only unclassified (U) will be allowed on this site. Anything else is forbidden and would be viewed as an attempt to disclose classified information in an insecure setting. Attempted violations of OPSEC, INFOSEC, COMSEC or COMPUSEC will be reported to the FBI for investigation.

This team uses OSINT from the internet for the work performed except where such open sources seem to expose National Security. Any and all sources of mined information, whether text or data, must be identified and given full credit.

Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to this site or to use any means to gain unauthorized access to the data and/or information available on this site or to attempt to change any of the computer code that exists in this site will require that the party be apprehended, convicted and punished to the full extent of the law as it pertains to Cyber Crime.
