I strongly recommend flannelboard stories!!!  
 
Letting them participate in the story helps too.  When I taught the crossing of the red sea with Moses I put down a blue tablecloth and all the children ran from the Pharaoh by walking all around the room and then we "parted" the tablecloth and crossed thru the red sea.   They had a blast and it is something they will remember.

Nativity Dominoes

Sorry I haven’t posted much lately, been busy getting got up on some other projects at home. It’s busy here! Just found out our 3rd child got himself engaged so that is happy Christmas news.  And  my daughter and daughter in law are in a race to see who gets pregnant first. What fun!!  The 17 yr old is sending off for college prep stuff – that means I will only have 2 at home out of the 7 ACK – empty nest syndrome for sure lol.

Anyway here are some cute nativity dominoes I made last year.
