We will be sending all members a Monthly Bulletin which will highlight any
special information members may need as well as new benefits and a updated
Benefits manual. You can't use your benefits if you do not know about them.

Christian Leadership Support Group Benefits Manual
(How to use your benefits)

1. Person to Person help messages

You are a member of a special group of Christians that is trying to make a
difference in this world and that difference includes your life also. So if
you have a need (eg prayer request, search for a resource, etc); share it
through our online message system. If it is something that is not appropriate
for general release, check our membership list, and their Yahoo profiles, for a
good match. If you are still unsure, check out the CLSG officers (eg Owner
(Pastor George Hach).
Send an appropriate message (eg Online, Offline, or Email).
Just thought I would give some helpful hints on using your Group.
Those of you that are new to this would probably enjoy a little bit of
help in getting to know some of the features that they come with.

There are a few other options that you may want to choose
from to set your email preferences. You will find them in "Edit My
Membership", which you will see at the top right corner of the page
if you visit the group homepage. You will also find a few other
features in there as well, such as removing oneself from the group or
unhiding or hiding your email address from the moderator, which needs
to be unchecked if you are going to reply to postings via email.

Second, if you do not like being inadvertantly added to groups not of
your liking you might want to know about the "Preferences" section.
To get to this you will see "My Groups" in the upper right also.
Click there and you will find your list of groups that you belong to.
You may want to book mark this if you do not use My Yahoo as your
homepage and do not have Yahoo Companion with a groups link. Also on
this page there are tabs, one of which says Preferences and you can
choose your groups options there. This allows you to only allow
groups to invite you and not add you to their lists.

Third, if you are added to groups and as usual the Unsubscribe link
does not work please be curtious when asking a group moderator to
remove you from their list. When you select the moderator listed as
the group name all the moderators of the group get these email and
most of them do not even know that they can just add people to the
groups and when they get nasty email they do not understand why. If
you do not get an immediate response that could be because all the
moderators have gotten busy with life and have not been able to
answer their email so you may want to go to "Edit My Membership" and
just remove yourself.

I understand that some of these groups get a lot of email postings
and it can be pretty frustrating at times to keep up. They do have
solutions to all of this under the "Edit My Membership" link. You
could try the digest feature and receive only one email of all the
email for each day. Or keep it as Special Notices or change it to No
Email at all and visit the site.



2. Chat Room

Need to talk to someone? Well as we grow, you will be hard pressed NOT to find
someone online that you can discuss with through the Chat room or instant
messages.

3. Bookmarks

If you feel that you might need some training in some area of leadership, check
out our bookmarks. They will lead you to some outstanding courses. Or if you
just want to do Bible Study, we have help there too. This also includes our
"statement of faith."

4. Files

Here you will find "Text files" on various ares; including the latest version of
this "Benefits Manual, Suggested Prayers, Welcome letter, etc. Feel free to
contribute "Text Files" that may be helpful to fellow members.

5. Data Base

Here you will find some of the best benefits and they will be improving on a
daily basis. Here are those in effect at the current time:

a. Contact List

Have you seen a bulletin board where people put up their business cards? Well
this is our version of that; in a easily accessible place. ANYONE can post a
contact. Members can maintain these lists. This might be a good place to let
others know of a special gift or talent or calling you may wish to offer. And
it may be a place to look for help.

b. Resource List

Here is our version of a online professional directory. It is a list of where
to find a Internet Leadership Resource (eg Articles on: Dealing with Stress,
Suffering, Your calling, etc). Anyone can post a resource. Members can
maintain them. This is a good place to let others know of some leadership
resource on your web site or another. It is also a good place to go to look up
resources. SPECIAL NOTE: the web address is currently not a click through, but
must be copied and then pasted into your internet access software.

c. Volunteer List.

There are many places to go to find a paid job, but we intend to bee a leader in
listing available volunteers and openings for them. Anyone can post a opening
or if they are available. Members can maintain the list.

d. FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

If you want to know how to do something check here.

e. Christian Music -CD, Bands, Singers, etc.

If you are involved/(have a special like) with a Christian Music area, hear is
your chance to share it.

f. The Mentor Program

If you are new to Christian Leadership and looking for a Old Timer (to get
advice, discuss chalanges, etc)put out a request here/find a match. If you are
a Old timer and willing to help some new Christian Leaders as a Mentor, list
your availability here/find someone looking for help.

g. Recipes for Leadership

If you have some special Leadership techniques that you wish to share, hear is
your chance.

6. Polls

We will be doing periodic polls on various topics: (eg what shouldn't be in the
daily newsletter).

7. Photos

We are interested in showing off Christian Leaders and their actions, put a
photo of someone you think is doing a good service, out there. Or place a
picture of some Leadership action taking place.

8. Daily Newsletter.

You can choose to receive the Daily Newsletter or view it online. This is one
of the main benefits of belonging to the group, so consider this decision
carefully. It might be worth getting a few extra messages in your email. Here
is what you would be giving up:

a. A potion of a Lesson on Leadership

You will find the top 10 jobs, and the most current 10 listed. If you want more

9. Friends Invitations

If you think that a friend might benefit from this group, place their email
address, and their name along with a invitational message in the appropriate
boxes. Then submit it. Yahoo will send out a invitation for you to have your
friend join you in this group.

The web site is divided into two main sections: support and training. In the
SUPPORT section you will find:

For those who come to the web site first and want to register with the group.

Helps others find us and you to find other Christian Services.

It's a way for you to say thanks for the work we are doing to offer You these
free support and training services.

You prefer listening rather than reading here is your chance.

Need to find something on the internet with a Christian flavor, you can choose
this.

You know it is there, but where-here is the tool.

Here are the Training Section Benefits:

A. Christian Leadership Training.

If you need some training for a leadership position (parent, elder, deacon,
officer, etc.), check this out. You can study this on your own, if you don't
need a certificate of completion; therefore you do not need to register. If you
do need a certificate of completion, you will need to register for the course
(we need to know where to send the certificate). Pay particular attention to
the error handling instructions. If YOUR internet service provider does not
have certain switches set in their software to accommodate a Microsoft email
shortcut; you will receive an error on registration. In that case, you will
need to do manually, what the shortcut would have done for you. The procedure
is covered at the bottom of the registration page. You will need to follow the
same procedure for the lessons. In any case, once the registration has been
completed, go to http://www.freechristianleadertraining.org/prod01.htm . Then
read the information and go to the table and start clicking on the lesson names
(row by row). This will take you to the lessons.

If you are NOT going for a certificate just read the lesson. Answer the
questions if you desire to, for your own self-improvement. But DO NOT click on
"submit". If you are going for a certificate, and DID NOT receive and error;
study the lesson and answer the questions. Be sure to insert your email address
(student ID) into the appropriate box. Then click on "submit." You will
receive a response back within 48 hours. If you DID receive an error on the
registration page, follow the error procedure on the registration page. Or what
is covered here: Do a "select all" from the edit function of your internet
software. Then a "copy" followed by a "paste" into a blank email message. Read
the lesson answer the questions. Then "send" to george@... INSTEAD of
clicking on "submit" on the lesson page.

B. Independent Lesson Study

If you would like to study what you like, when you like; heck out:

on it. It will take you there.

C. Independent Bible Study

Like to study in detail some Bible verses. You will find a detailed, life
impacting analysis, detail analysis questions, life application questions,
devotional, applications, appropriate prayers, and applicable leadership
techniques. Go to:

Search down the page to find the verse range and click on it. This will take
you to the lesson. Search down for the specific verse range. Read the
material.

D. Topical Bible Study

Want to study the Bible verses on "grief," etc., go to:

the page for the topic you would like to study. Click on the appropriate verse
and it will take you to the lesson. Search down that page for the appropriate
verse. Study the material.

E. leadership Position specific courses (eg small group leader)

If you would like to have specific training for a position, rather than the
general training covered under"Christian Leadership Training" go to
http://www.freechristianleadertraining.org/products.htm . This will list the
available courses. Click on the specific course. This will take you to the
course. Go down to the lesson titles and start clicking on them. You will go
to the lessons. Study them.

F. Pastor training - under implementation

This course includes the Leadership course which needs to be completed FIRST for
existing NON-pastors. For existing pastors (who wish continuing education) they
may go to: http://www.freechristianleadertraining.org/pastor_training.htm pick
the lessons you wish to take and click on them. This will take you to the
lesson.

G. Feedback function

This is available for: suggestions, questions, etc.. Note that this is also
susceptible to the error procedures covered in (A). As an alternative you may
go to the founder/owner/webmaster email address on the group home/member pages
and send an email; or on the bottom of many pages on the site.

H. Statement of Faith.

share what they are learning with other students) or ask questions of other
