Sample Recipe:

Garlic Broccoli »[¨ý¦èÄõªá

Ingredients:
Broccoli 1 no.
Minced Garlic 1 tsp
Water 2 Tbsp
Oil 1 Tbsp

Seasoning:
Salt 1/2 tsp

Method:
1. Wash, drain and cut the broccoli.
2. In a wok, saute 1 Tbsp oil and minced garlic. Then add the
broccoli and salt, and 2 Tbsp water. Cover with the lid,
simmer for awhile and serve.

... Bourbon chicken is one of those American fusion dishes using Chinese flavors and ingredients. So there is really no such thing as an "authentic" version.

Hong Kong style baked pork chop with tomato, not cooked in rice, baked rice with chicken in Portugese sauce and rice in hot pot with preserved oyster (ho-see)
