Sometimes despite the best laid plans, an adoptive parent finds themselves without a travel companion for their trip to China. While some parents will choose to travel alone and will feel comfortable with this decision, many will travel alone because they feel they have no other option. As adoptive parents, we know how invaluable a supportive travel companion can be during this wonderful, but emotionally and physically taxing trip. Whether your intended travel companion has fallen through at the last moment, or you simply don't have an ideal candidate among your family and friends, on this list you can find adoptive parents who wish to volunteer as a travel companion. All travel companion volunteers must have previously traveled on a China adoption trip and have an updated passport. Both families seeking a travel companion and those who wish to volunteer as one must fill out a questionnaire when joining the group.
