This group is for people dedicated and passionate about reforming the large destructive industry that has become child welfare services / CPS / Child Protective Services.

Innocent parents and families become victims of abuse by the system itself. THIS IS A YAHOO GROUP AND CANNOT TAKE THE PLACE OF CONSULTING AN ATTORNEY. EVERYTHING HERE IS COVERED UNDER OUR RIGHTS TO FREEDOM OF SPEECH.

In America we have a constitution designed to protect our people from an unjust government. Yet, In the family courts there is no due process, no protection from cruel or unusual punishment, (is there anything crueler than taking someone's children forever?) No right to confront our accuser. Closed courts do not allow scrutiny of the process, grossly unrepresented in court by subpar attorneys. Parents find themselves jumping through unending hoops without representaion by a competent attorney. Only to find that in the end they are facing Termination of their parental rights.

We are looking for many different changes and ways to bring about child protection reform. Letter writing, legislation changes, policy changes, public relations campaigns, investigations, parent advocacy, demonstrations, fraud documentation, successful lawsuits, etc.

We welcome: Parents and families distressed by false accusations, who may have had their children and relatives detained in foster care, who have had their lives turned upside down and their finances depleted by injustice in the name of child "welfare" and juvenile court systems.

Foster parents, social workers, public and other professionals interested in helping to change the juvenile justice system laws are also welcome to join the group. We are looking for solutions and actions we can take to make the system work for the people again.
