Organization Vanvasi Chetna Ashram, Dist Bastar Registration umber
1297 dated 21 /12/92 is registered under Socities Registration Act
1973.

A complaint against the organization received on 5/3/2007 which
stated that the organizations enchroached the government land
without government permission and engaged in conducing activities
against the stated objectives of the organization.

Vide letter number 3882/08 dated 23/3/2007 the District collector
Dantewada asked to investigate the matter as requested in the
complaint as per the allegations made thierin.

The investigation report recieved on 12/12/07 from the district
collector, and the investigation report reveals that the allegations
are true.

In this contect, in my opinion it is not necessary to continue of
registration of your organization. From the date of issuing of this
notice, state me why your registration will not be cancelled.

to put its meaning. After cancellation, all the activities would be
illegal and the organization will not function. This is one attempt
of the government. The state government do not attack NGOs directly.
It uses several means indirectly to stop the work.
