last week in village Lathor, district Bolangir in Odisha. It is alleged that a
long existing feud between two groups came to a head through a seemingly
innocuous fight at a shop. Apparently the incident of burning the homes was
planned in advance. Now 30 families are camping in a makeshift arrangement in a
