We are a local Freecycle (TM) group for those living in CHESTERFIELD AREA we are trying to conserve gas!

Hey CHESTER, RICHMOND, POWHATAN, HOPEWELL, PETERSBURG, and BLACKSTONE have their own GROUPS!!

Here's How it Works:

MODERATION: Posts by new members are reviewed before being sent to the group.

OFFER: Nothing is too small (or too odd) to offer.
Anything can be posted - apple corer to zebra rug BUT Everything MUST be free!

TAKEN: Be sure to post a TAKEN message once your item has gone to it's new home.

WANTED: Keep "WANTEDs" simple and to a minimum--remember THIS IS NOT a gift registry.

Two strikes you're out. Strikes are issued for being naughty in any of the following areas:
1. MANTRA: Keep It FREE, LEGAL APPROPRIATE FOR ALL AGES.
2. TABOO: No Politics, Spam, Bickering, Selling, Trading, Matchmaking or Coupons.
3. EMAIL: Special Notices is the minimum email setting allowed. Choosing the No Mail setting is a no no.
3. LOCATION: List in the offer ex. "near Genito and Costco." and the ZIP
4. DESCRIBE: Good for parts? Gorgeous but wife hates it? Doesn’t work. Just tell us - we can take it.
5. MULTIPLE GROUPS: No Posting an item on more than one group. Please post in your MOST local group wait a few days then remove it from the first and OFFER to the next.
6. No Gmail or other intangibles. Keeping things out of the landfill is our game.
