This Yahoo Group is for members of "Christian Home Educators of Ridgecrest" (C. H. E. R.) only. C.H.E.R. is a support group centered in Ridgecrest, CA. We are an inter-denominational group of Christian home educators pooling our resources to support and encourage one another. We also offer group classes, field trips, Mom’s Night Out (once a month evening fellowship for mom’s), park days, special interest activities, programs, family fellowship, etc. Membership in this yahoo group is restricted to active members of the support group. C. H. E. R. members this is "Group 1" the information group. This is a place to find out what is happening in the group, such as dates/times for events class information and updates. If you want information to go to the membership e.g. about a field trip you are planning, wanting to buy or sell curriculum, this is where you would post the information. Posts (all kinds) relevant to classes, meetings, group activities, and political issues pertaining to home education are allowed on this site.
