This is a forum dedicated to the city of Chelm in Poland. Chelm is located in the Lublin province and had a population 18,000 Jews in 1939. Most of these individuals were sent to the Sobibor Death Camp.

The purpose of this forum is to advance genealogy, history, and Holocaust remembrance related to Chelm. Prominent families, people, and historical events relating to the city will be discussed.
