This is the group for a !! 2 YEAR!! Châtelaine Project

The theme is a BAROQUE CASTLE + GARDENS - several smaller and intricate Mandala Gardens in one design, together with the view of the castle (Schloss Gottorf in Germany)and 8 different over-one reproductions of the antique gouache paintings of rare plants of this time.

The design can be individualized by provided alphabets for wording and initials. Size will be 307 x 540 stitches.I will use mainly DMC and variegated threads, silk perles,(for all variegated silks I will provide DMC conversions for an affordable stitching option) metallic braids etc. together with beads, crystals and other sew-on items. Stitches will be cross stitch, backstitching, Special Stitches, some Satin Stitches (all well explained!) and some no-cut Hardanger too.

Price for the design is 74,80 Euro, payable to my PayPal account with chatelaine@gmx.com - the group is free of course, for "paid" customers

Stitching will start on June 1st 2010 and go til May 30 2012.

One part per month will be published over two years.It will be only available for download through this group and only in the number of parts mentioned.If you do not wish to join this group there is no way to receive this pattern, unless it will be re-published some time after it's end.
