I found that my email ended up in my own gmail spam filter. If you didn't get
the message I sent earlier today, please check your own filters for the
"Post-Independence Day Edition". Apparently there were too many links,
particularly shortened links, for Gmail to tolerate.

For the shorter version of my email, without links, here we go:

1) Carrie's book, Ad Nauseam, came out on June 23d. Google it with her name and
you'll find many places to buy it. You can get it at a steep discount on Amazon
or, more expensive but with free shipping (so, basically, a wash) at the Stay
