This list will hopefully entertain, instruct, enable you to enjoy spinning on your Charkha. This assumes that you already have one. If you do not have one, ask the group for their favorite! Then go out and try them for yourself. Hey, don't you think we should have an american made charkha on our dollar bills? We could have the Bosworth, Alden Amos, Babe, Fricke, Ashford and I am sure there are ones that I have forgotten! Some have had a hard time finding our little group as the spelling of charkha is sometimes written 'charka'. I think both are right, but I prefer the former. I am hoping that by adding the other spelling the powers that be at yahoo groups will let the search engines find our group now.
