The Catholic Families with Special Needs group facilitates communication among the members of the special needs ministry at St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church in Apex, NC (www.saintandrew.org). The ministry builds a coalition of social and spiritual support within the faith community to help families with special needs children of all ages grow in holiness to love and serve the Lord.
