The Mission and Peacemaking Team (MAPT) of Culver City Presbyterian Church (CCPC) will prayerfully interpret scripture and God's call in our lives to provide CCPC with opportunities to respond in compassion to people locally, nationally and worldwide who live in poverty, bringing God's good news of peace and justice. MAPT will support the mission work of Culver City Presbyterian Church, the Presbytery of the Pacific, the PC(USA)'s Peacemaking and Hunger Programs, and Presbyterian Disaster Assistance. Our work will be done with the intention of advocating for human rights in the world. We will also strive to protect, restore, and make peace with the earth through prayer, study, and conscientious decision-making.
