The Paladin Group is sponsored by the Center for Criminal Justice Advocacy (CCJA). The Paladin Group is designed and formed as a gathering place to bring invited criminal trial advocates together to receive information and to exchange views, ideas, information, tips, and practice strategies. CCJA will furnish the Paladin Group members with exclusive access to CCJA's most useful pages on the CCJA sponsored web sites. The goal of this discussion group is to form bonds and strengthen the lines of communication between the thousands of unappreciated heroes who toil daily in the criminal courtrooms of the country and to promote their general level of ethical competence and pretrial and trial practice skills.
The word "Paladin" means "knightly hero or champion." The CCJA maintains its web sites and the Paladin Group as a public service to the Bar. We are dedicated to championing the maintenance of fair and evenhanded delivery of criminal justice, consistent with the concept of ordered liberty.
Application for admission to the group is limited to duly licensed attorneys, particularly solo practitioners, who are engaged in the practice of criminal law. If you meet this requirement, we invite you to become a member of our CCJA Paladin Group.
