This forum is not limited to Griswold and Wagner Ware, although they seem to be the pinnacle of finer U.S. cast iron manufacture. Modern makes and models (i.e., Lodge, Camp Chef, Cabelas, Maca, Stansport), no names and foreign imports are cast iron, too, and they still work well enough to get the job done. If you cook in cast iron frying pans, stew pots, a Dutch oven, biscuit or muffin pans, waffle irons, plett pans, have a collection, or have just acquired a new griddle or grill pan and want to talk about it, this is your place.
