We are a community of people who have come together to purchase food in order to increase options for local, affordable, and healthy food in Carrollton. It is our hope that by creating more organization around our food purchasing, we can make more socially conscious, healthy, and affordable food choices.

Currently this takes the form of year-round ordering from our local farmers through this listserve. The group also serves as a tool for bartering and work-trades with farmers. We are currently exploring the option of placing bulk orders from a food distributor in order to share costs and increase the availability of specialty foods in our area.
