The California Amateur Radio Linking Association (CARLA) is an ARRL recognized org for Emergency Communications via Amateur (HAM) Radio in Northern California and Nevada.

We have a growing network of over 23 Linked & Local repeaters covering major portions of Northern & Central California and Western-Central Nevada. We also have a link agreement in place with the Oregon Connection repeater system covering most of the State of Oregon.

CARLA is an OPEN, somewhat intricate, wide area repeater system. Newcomers should familiarize themselves with the various operating procedures, system design and FAQ's before using any part of the network.
