For environmental professionals in the Caribbean working on problems of
insular policy making, assessment and monitoring and evaluation of
sustainable development at the island, national, or [sub-]regional levels.
This list is especially concerned with integrated assessment, environmental
research priorities, and legislation. It was founded in 1999.

Members are encouraged to post in any convenient language, but be clear and
simple because many of us are not fluent in second and third languages.
