I am looking to talk to people who are Caregivers for their parents. How do you handle it, and how do get time for yourself. What servies are offered for Seniors?

Are you taking care of someone who is mobile, or someone able to walk by themself with the help of a rolling walker.

I would also like to hear from people who are using a Medical Alert System, like lifeline & etc. Which would you refer a person to.
