Please follow the following format when posting to the group: Begin the subject line of every message with one of the following: SALE (when you wish to sell your membership,)PURCHASE (if you wish to purchase a membership,) TO LET (if you own a membership you wish to lease out,) WANT LEASE (if you wish to lease a membership from a current membership owner.)You may also include an offer value in your subject line if you wish. Postings are monitored by the moderators: Anyone participating in off topic discussion, spam or using inappropriate language will be banned from using this service.One you have located a potential buyer/seller/lessee you must conduct your negotiation privately, not through the group. Remember that no sales are final until approved by the current pool board. Buyers are responsible for providing references and are required to have the recommendation of a current (not selling) member. The seller must contact the membership chair at membership@capepool.com in order to finalize the sale. Buyers and sellers must make themselves aware of all Swim Club obligations, rules, fee schedules and sellers must be in good standing.
