CapeCodBirds is for discussion of all aspects of birdwatching or information pertaining to birding on Cape Cod in Massachusetts. Suggested topics are bird sightings, identification, status and distribution, birding locations, and announcements from birding organizations.

You may use the photos area to share photos, and the calendar and files sections to share information with the group.

It is requested that all messages have an appropriate subject in the Subject Field of the message. This allows for workable searching of the archives in the future.

There have been a few sightings this month & last month of Atlantic Puffins At Race Point. I assume these birds were seen flying by quite some distance off

Does anyone know if there is truth to the rumor of puffins at Race Point? I don't want to make the drive on rumor. Karen from Falmouth.

Corporation Beach
I spent an hour at Corporation Beach this afternoon and had a good showing of both Horned and Red-necked grebes. At one point there were 20 RNGR in the scope.
