I will be staying in Cozumel for an entire month in mid-February and will need
to rent a car.

Nothing fancy but reliable transportation with A/C.  I have contacted a few
agencies but have gotten quotes around $35 (no mileage limits) for something
like a VW Beetle (no A/C) and telling me the fee is the same whether for 1 day
or one month.  That can't be.

When I was in Coz a few months ago I ran into people who were renting new Kias
or Hyundais for about $30 per day including the necessary insurance (Collision
Damage Waiver) and that price was for a single day!.

I would be willing to pay $30 (including all charges) and would agree to sign a
contract for a 30 rental.  Can anyone recommend a rental agency?

We are a family of four. We have been thinking of taking a cruise for a long
time. This will be our first time. We are thinking of booking our tickets at
