I have approx 10+yrs. exp. in IT and from Nov.2007-Nov.2008, I was in Canada on
work permit. This year in Feb, I applied for a new work permit from India and
there were some problem, and my work permit got cancelled. My company(where I
was working in Canada) did not submitted required papers and I guess that was
the reason they cancelled my existing work permit and did not give new one.
I wanted to know, once I have been rejected for work permit and been cancelled
my existing work permit, am I still eligible for Canada or other countries? Can
I apply again for a fresh work permit? Will they check my previous history
everytime and reject it? Hiring a professional will be a good idea? What are the
chances of getting it?
My new company in Canada is still interested to hire me.
Hello
I am planning to apply for candiian visa in skilled worker catagory, please let
me know which document will i need.
many thanks
