This Group is for use primarily by past and current CFL staffers although it is open on request for use by others who have an ongoing involvement with the camp.

The Group's main purpose is to help everyone to keep in touch and allow us all to communicate with each other in a more organised manner. The messages section of this Group can be used to promote future events, to reminisce about previous events, or to generally chat about "stuff"! Please refrain from sending junk email (spam) to individuals or to lists of people, either privately or by using the message facility.

The Group is run by me, Graham Holland zaba[AT]itsafrogslife.net, and is a continuation of the CFL Mailing List previously run from my PC at home. If you have any problems then please email me at the above email address. The CFL mailing list has been going since 1998 - if you want to catch up on some of the previous posts (yeah, as if...!) then you can find the archived Digests stored in the Files section of this site. Each digest is numbered from digest1.txt up to the latest digest sent out which will have the highest number.

New members (and current members, for that matter) should have basic information added to their Yahoo! ID so that people know who you are. Your name is sufficient, although if your Yahoo! username doesn't include your name then it should be added to your profile along with your location (e.g. Lombard, IL). Age is optional! Please add this info before you apply for membership, thanks.

Finally, you should be aware that this is an open, unmoderated Group. Please do not post anything that could offend. If you are in any doubt then just ask yourself if it is true to the Scout Oath and Laws.
