Located just minutes (a short stroll) from historic downtown Gainesville Florida. Less than two miles from the University of Florida and Shands Hospital and next door to the Laurel Oak Inn and Magnolia Plantation Bed and Breakfast Inn.

Once completed The Camellia Rose Inn will offer 6 spacious, comfortable rooms each with a private bath. There will also be a separate cottage for those wanting a touch more privacy. During your stay you will enjoy a carefully prepared full breakfast, complimentary snacks and beverages throughout the day and an evening happy hour with wine and snacks. Relax on our wrap around porch and 2nd floor verandah. The Camellia Rose Inn will be a non smoking facility. Anticipated completion date will be early 2007.
