We're a group of writers who came together via an online forum on the networking site, Ryze, exchanged thoughts on writing, shared work and got to know each other.

That forum (originally the Bombay Writers' cafe), has since grown beyond the confines of Ryze, to include a collaborative blog, and, even more excitingly, has evolved from the purely virtual to vibrant offline groups in many Indian cities (with a few on the cards abroad as well). This Yahoo!Group is not meant to be a forum for creative interaction - the message board exists to fill that need. It is meant to be an alternative to our other newgroups on Googlegroups, for those members who prefer not to use that service.
