Alert: February 13, 2012, Monday, City Council may vote to accept state shoreline setbacks regarding further work at Lakepointe or not accept and grandfather old set backs. The latter would let WSDOT without fully understanding the land's history, proceed under old land laws of 1970. Ecology may add to the potential for disaster by staying with Method C testing and testing only a handful of wells.
