Description

Recently boatless sailor in search of crewing/maintenance opportunities throughout the greater Galveston Bay area (Kemah, Clear Lake, Texas City, Galveston). I'm interested in daysailing, weekend trips, extended offshore, assisting deliveries, and cruiser racing.

I have 7 years of sailing experience on fiberglass/wood sailing vessels ranging from 24' to 198' and am ASA 101, 103, 104 certified. I have cruised all 5 Great Lakes and New England from Connecticut to Maine. The specifics are listed in my resume post below. I have previously owned a 1985 Catalina 27 with an inboard diesel and wheel steering.

I have a fully featured profile at http://seaknots.ning.com/profile/c2csailor.
You can email me using my membername (c2csailor) at g mail dot com. I'm using the broken format to avoid spambots picking up my email. I am no longer able to use my yahoo email due to the overwhelming volume of spam.

Offshore Cruise Prep
Consider making a hand pump to lift fuel from a keel tank to a header tank if the lift pump fails. Even lash a jerry can in place with tubing.
