This group is for members of the By-laws Committee of the Libertarian Party of North Carolina. Membership is restricted to those on the committee. The purpose of the committee is to develop and suggest any changes to the LPNC by-laws, convention rules, or statement of principles that may be deemed necessary or prudent. Any member of the LPNC may ask to be appointed to the By-laws Committee by writing to the LPNC Chair at chair@lpnc.org>.
