| The Summer & the Symphony
Concert Series is in full swing! Don’t forget to join the San Francisco Arts Commission for the free concert in Dolores Park, Sunday, July 19 at 2 pm This year's program will include excerpts from such musical favorites as Tchaikovsky’s Swan Lake and Romeo and Juliet and Beethoven’s incomparable Symphony No. 5. as well as a very special guest appearance by former SFAC President Roselyne C. Swig. An incredible community leader and champion of the arts in San Francisco, Mrs. Swig placed the winning bid at the Black and White Ball for the honor of leading the Symphony in a performance of Stars and Stripes Forever. The Arts Commission wishes Mrs. Swig to "break a leg," and we hope everyone will come out to enjoy the music! For more information go to sfsymphony.org |
