This free email discussion group is for posting information about modernism items wanted or for sale. (This is a sister group to the midcenturymodern list which is for non-commerce discussions only). Discussions are limited to those about quality modern design only; items such as those sold at modern auctions by Sotheby's and Treadway and LA Modern auctions and in design books such as "Landmarks of 20th Century Design" and "Mid-Century Modern" and "Op to Pop". FS posts may be about items currently for sale on ebay or other online auctions or websites or other venues, but the discussion must be about the items, not the venue in which they are for sale. All posts are moderated and approved prior to submission to the list. All posts must begin with either "FS" or "WTB" in the title, and the title must include the name of the item being described, or the post will be denied. This is NOT a forum to discuss problems with ebay or other online auction services. Violators of these guidelines will be terminated from the list.
