I heard an American Woodcock displaying at dusk today in Greeneville. The precise location was behind the Greeneville Real Estate Auction Team building on North Rufe Taylor Road. (This is the former location of the Italian Village Restaurant, visited by many birders over the last few years during woodcock season.)
Five American Woodcocks were observed by Alice Loftin and Don Miller this evening (February 12) in the field behind Italian Village Restaurant in Greeneville....
