Non-partisan ... founded in 1976 ... the objective of BUPAC shall be the protection, preservation and furtherance of the private enterprise system and its role in effectuating and sustaining good government.
BUPAC shall seek out qualified candidates to run for public office, may grant support to endorsed candidates, and participate and facilitate discussion of public issues affecting Southwest Florida.

Attendees may include two or more elected officials of each government entity.
