Human Respect Solutions, a recruitment and selection company from Romania (www.hr-specialists.eu ), is recruiting students or graduates from various fields of study, with Bulgarian citizenship, for an internship program aimed to train and develop their career in a different cultural environment (in Bucharest, Romania).

The main objective of the internship program is to develop European and associative projects in the country of origin (Bulgaria). It will be a four months internship in Bucharest. It will be provided accommodation in Bucharest and transportation reimbursement.

Ideal candidate:
Higher education
Preferably a student or graduate of a college from Romania.
Knowledge of EU funding opportunities in Bulgaria.
Experience in a european project is an advantage.
Eager for training and professional development.
Ambitious, involved, dynamic.

Schedule: 8 hours per day (from Monday to Friday)
Duration: 4 months

The internship program does not offer pay wage, but there are the following benefits:
