RE: [buildingpermittechsofcentralohio] Plumbing

We have a contract with Franklin County for our plumbing inspections that is renewed every year.  Permits are still obtained through us, but the contractors call Franklin County for inspections.  Certificates of Occupany are issued by us as long as the inspections have passed.  We get monthly reports from Franklin County listing the inspections and results.

Our City (due to budget cuts) just eliminated our plumbing inspector's position and now our plumbing will go to the County Health Department. For those of you which do that - what are your procedures? What about Certificates of Occupancies?
