A communications hub for genealogists researching the Buick family of Angus and Aberdeen and related families. Our research encompasses the descendants of Henry Buick and his wife Charlotte Ferrier.
The site is intended to act as a storehouse for gedcoms, photos and document images etc. of mutual interest and a forum for discussion of our common interests. It is hoped that such a forum will enable us to co-ordinate our research, saving everyone time and effort. Well…that’s the theory anyway!

Details of living individuals should not be posted on this site. To protect the privacy of the living, please share this information (with the permission of the individuals involved) via direct email.
Regarding Accuracy: Contributors are requested to cite sources where possible when posting information. Unverified data should be annoted accordingly ie. "according to Fred Smith ,his grandson..." or "probable but unverified relationship" etc. the Internet is rife with family trees full of unverified and frequently incorrect data, let's not add to the confusion.
