This is a private group site for Berkeley Repertory Theatre's volunteer ushers only. The site is a source of information for ushers about the usher program and provides up-to-date information about shows, cancelled and extended runs, training sessions and ushering opportunities in other venues. The most important function of this forum is to serve as a bulletin board--a spot where ushers can search for replacements and arrange coverage for any scheduled shifts they cannot attend.

By using the message function of this site, Season ushers can post requests for Subs or other Season Ushers to switch dates with so they can cover any scheduled shift in their series that they cannot attend. By clicking on "post" on the left hand menu you can post messages that can be read right on the site or sent via email to all registered members. Please remember if you are a Season Usher and you do not show up for a scheduled date to work as an usher and fail to find a sub, it will be noted as a no-show. After two occurrences, you will be asked not to return to work at Berkeley Rep as a volunteer.
