How Does Freecycle(TM) Work?
Do you have an item to get rid of? Try posting it here for a while before you set it in the trash. Looking for an item? Check the list here before you head for the store. Everything posted must be free. Whether it's a chair, a fax machine, piano, or an old door or window to be given away, it can be posted. Or, maybe you're looking to acquire something yourself? Respond to the posting directly and you just might get it. After that it is up to the giver to set up a pickup time for passing on the treasure.
Rules: All items MUST be 100% free. NO Politics, NO Advertisements, NO Trades and NO Animals (This includes birds, reptiles, rodents etc). We prefer if you start your membership with an offer post.
Once you’ve subscribed, a welcome email will be sent to you via email. Please take a moment to read through this message prior to participating. While the group list is not monitored, the Group Moderator will monitor the postings, and anyone participating in SPAM will be immediately removed from the group.
If you know someone in another city or county that may be interested in Freecycle(TM) be sure to send them to: freecycle.org for more information!
Have a great day!
Non-profit organizations also benefit from the Freecycle(TM) Network. Post the item or items you want to give away and a local organization can help you get it to someone in need.
