Religion and politics are allowed but occasionally I will call for a certain thread to stop if it gets rancorous. SPAM is not unless you're a regular poster here. The only rules are: Don't PO the group owner (not that easy, really) and this is not a democracy. Otherwise, you're pretty much free.

One point, sad to some, is that for those of you who are looking a for lots of talk about how-tos and such on survival and very little other chatter of opinions, then this is not such a place. We're full of opinions and it's more like sitting around a big kitchen table where old friends gather but we are country folks so we talk about the things we're doing.

Last thing to mention is that we're a high volume group so it might be a good plan to set the mail settings to either digest or else many people go to no mail and then just use a web browser to keep up with the site. You can set your viewing settings to preview 2 lines.
