Post OFFERs and WANTEDs to only one Freecycle group at a time!

Put your general location in all OFFER and WANTED messages.

If you're interested in an OFFER or can answer a WANTED, contact the member directly (do NOT hit 'reply to all'). Then, you'll either get an email saying that you are the person selected to receive the item, or you will see a TAKEN message, and can assume you were not selected.

Have something to give away? Post an offer:

The subject line is key for Freecycle posts. Put clear concise info about your item in the subject line, so fellow members can quickly sort through posts without opening them unless they're interested in an item.

In the body of the post, provide more info about your item: Black metal frame, black cover.

Group similar items together:

When your item is gone, let us know! Please keep the same subject line or reference the weblist number of the offer:

Looking for something specific? Post a WANTED, but do remember that this is not your wishlist and be willing to take what you can get. If you're picky about color or condition, this may not be the best way to find what you're looking for. Please limit your WANTEDs to one or two per week.
