WOMENS SNOWSHOE DAY Agenda – March 1, 2008 20 spots left

10:00am – 2:00 pm at Bogus Basin Nordic Center (Frontier Point)

We will do a yoga warm-up and spend the day exploring the beautiful
snowshoe trails at Bogus Basin. We'll also learn about winter safety
and forest ecology while having fun and getting "heart healthy"
exercise. No experience required! Bring lunch and snacks. A $10
donation for our wonderful "SnowSchool" program would be greatly
appreciated! Either bring your own snowshoes or rent them in town or
at the Nordic center. If you do not have a Bogus Basin season pass,
the snowshoe trail fee is $5.
