I live across the street from the water and want to build a small light weight
cat power boat that will hold two people but still be able to pull it out on a
dolly and roll home.

Im thinking sub 14, less than or close to 200 lb hull weight, fast and powered
by a 20hp or less motor.

Im looking for plans and or suggestions.
