The BOEING OUTDOOR ADVENTURE CLUB (BOAC) is an unincorporated, non-business organization sponsored by The Boeing Company.
The objectives of BOAC are to organize, advance, improve and support outdoor adventure sports by (1) collecting and disseminating information of value to its members, (2) promoting a spirit of cooperation and camaraderie among its members, (3) affording opportunities to its members to associate and exchange views, thus encouraging personal advancement in outdoor adventure sports, (4) promoting club social activities, and (5) organizing outdoor adventures.
We plan and participate in outdoor activities as a way to experience the challenges and beauty of nature. All activities are planned by individual club members and may be of any skill level - from beginner to " hard core." Membership is open to current and retired employees of Boeing and its heritage companies. Friends and family members may participate in Club activities, provided that a waiver is signed by each participant.
To sign up, simply print and fill-out our Membership Application (located at the back of any Hiker’s Heel newsletter and in the Files section of this Group), then follow the instructions for mailing. A $15.00 fee is required for one year of membership.
January is our membership renewal month. Please complete the application in the Files section (BOAC Appn.pdf) and return it to me with your $15 annual dues
