Each year after Burning Man, thousands of people and their vehicles head home down the narrow desrert highway. This ritual departure is known as Exodus. This year we want to maximize main road capacity while minimizing city congestion.

It takes a village to drain the playa. Volunteer for Exodus in 2001
Sticking around after the burn to avoid the lines? Good choice! Help fill one of 200 positions on Sunday or Monday, or short set-up shifts Friday. We offer dust, toil, sweat, laughter, plus a unique opportunity: Become a Nevada certified flagger at Burning Man's expense. This short course qualifies you for many state highway worker jobs.
On playa, sign up at Check Point Salon at the Burning Man Information Center in Center Camp.
To volunteer before August 22, send mail to exodus@burningman.com.
