Not all providers allow their users to send blank e-mails. For
example, Mailtag doesn't. If that's the case, one can do this :

1. Log in to one's Yahoo account.
2. Go to http://groups.yahoo.com/group/bm-chicago/join
3. You'll find a "leave this group" option on that page.
4. Click on that option
5. The rest is menu driven.

Let's say that you don't have a Yahoo account, and don't want to
convert. This might be a problem for some, but probably not for
Adania. Why ? Because at last report, the national eGroups site for
Japan hadn't been "upgraded" yet. One's old eGroups log in will still
work there, at least for now. But, step lively, because all of the
other sites have been converted, so Japan's probably will be, soon.

(The only annoyance is that the site is in Japanese, obviously.
It's laid out the same way as the old eGroups site, though, so
if you remember where everything was on that page, you might be
able to navigate the Japanese site "in the dark").

I hope this helped.
