Blueprint Houston is a citizen-driven initiative to build community support for a planning process to improve the quality of life and place in the City of Houston. It's mission is to establish the vision, values, and goals of our citizens through a broad and representative public consensus-building process, and define the best approach to planning for Houston's future, while effectively addressing the major issues, opportunities, and challenges facing the City over the next 30 years
